CHIPS conducts personalized, confidential investigations into paranormal experiences. We provide help to individuals who believe that they may be the subject of a haunting in their home or other location.

We maintain our credibility and reputation by providing only scientific based research and analysis of the evidence.
Our team works in coalition with the Delaware Institute for Parapsychology, under the direction of Dr. Clinton L. Vick, Sr., PhD. Parapsychologist and Irene T. Vick, CPI, Parapsychologist, both members of the American Association of Parapsychology, with 30 years combined experience in paranormal research.
The Delaware Institute for Parapsychology provides our team with continuing education in parapsychology and paranormal investigative techniques.
In addition to taking photos and recording audio and video, we monitor and record changes in the temperature, humidity, and electromagnetic fields.
Our findings are analyzed
with the latest computer software and combined with the impressions
/ knowledge of our team of investigators / researchers to give
you the best explanation of what is occurring that we possibly
can. We make no claim that we have the ability to remove a spirit
or entity from a location.

We do maintain a skeptical attitude in all of our investigations; however, that which we cannot disprove may be potential evidence. We rely on the things that can be quantified and measured.
